A 50% deposit of the total stay is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50% must be settled upon check-in at CASA ESTRADA.

These services incur an additional charge: Service fee + 8% consumption tax. These rates will be available once you are staying at CASA ESTRADA.

4. Policies & Booking Terms for Reservations Made Through CASA ESTRADA’s Official Website

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 pm. Earlier check-in is subject to an additional charge.
  • Check-Out Time: 1:00 pm. Late check-out is subject to an additional charge.
  • Early Check-In: Subject to availability and a 5% charge of the agreed rate.
  • Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and a 5% charge of the agreed rate.
  • Early Departures: Subject to a 100% charge of the total value of all reserved nights.
  • Guests / Visitors: As part of its security policies, CASA ESTRADA does not allow access to unregistered visitors who were not declared at the time of Check-In.
  • Capacity: The house accommodates up to eight (8) guests.
  • Confirmations & Deposits: A deposit equivalent to 100% of the stay is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows: Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 20 days prior to the guest’s arrival. Cancellations made after this period and no-shows will incur a 100% penalty of the agreed reservation rate.
  • Refunds: For cancellations without penalty, CASA ESTRADA will process the refund within 15 business days. The guest will be responsible for a financial and administrative fee equivalent to 15% of the reservation value, which will be deducted at the time the refund is issued.
  • Events: Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization and/or coordination with CASA ESTRADA.
  • Biosecurity: CASA ESTRADA follows a strict biosecurity protocol.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed with additional charges. Guests are required to request and comply with the applicable biosecurity protocol and conditions.

LEGAL PROVISION: For the purposes of applying the vat exemption on accommodation, individuals considered non-residents are foreign nationals and Colombian nationals residing abroad who enter the national territory without the intention of establishing residence in Colombia, in accordance with Decree 834 of 2013 or any provisions that add to, amend, or replace it. Non-residents must certify their status by presenting their original passport, Andean Migration Card or Mercosur Card, along with proof of their immigration status through a valid entry and stay permit stamp (PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6, PIP-10) or a valid temporary visa (TP-7, TP-11, or TP-12).

The reservation deposit constitutes acceptance of the conditions detailed in this document. Your reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit; otherwise, it will be automatically canceled.

In accordance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, CASA ESTRADA informs guests that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in Colombia are subject to criminal and administrative penalties under current laws.

5. Policies & Booking Terms for Reservations Made Through CASA ESTRADA’s Direct Sales Channels

  • Check-In time: 3:00 pm. Earlier check-in is subject to an additional charge.
  • Check-Out time: 1:00 pm. Late check-out is subject to an additional charge.
  • Early Check-In: Subject to availability and a 5% charge of the agreed rate.
  • Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and a 5% charge of the agreed rate.
  • Early Departures: Subject to a 100% charge of the total value of all reserved nights.

6. Miscellaneous

  • The property is monitored by security cameras in common areas to ensure the safety of guests and staff at all times (Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection and processing).
  • CASA ESTRADA has a designated outdoor area exclusively for smokers. Charges will be applied to your account if smoke of any kind is detected in private areas such as bedrooms, lounges, dining room, wine cellar, among others.
  • CASA ESTRADA is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the designated secure storage areas provided for this purpose.

MINORS: Minors must always be accompanied by an adult or family member. In accordance with Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, it is hereby stated that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in Colombia are subject to criminal and administrative penalties. All minors must present a valid identification document at the time of Check-In at CASA ESTRADA (accepted documents include U.S. identification cards, passports, and birth certificates).

CASA ESTRADA maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of prostitution.
