  • payment may be completed through this platform or via bank transfer.
  • the reservation is confirmed once full payment of the stay has been received.
  • the final rate may vary based on the dates, length of stay, and any additional services requested.
  • rates do not include the 19% vat (value added tax). This tax will be paid at the time of check-in at casa estrada.
  • the equivalent amount in your local currency will be calculated based on the official exchange rate (rmr) in effect on the day of payment.

in accordance with colombian regulations, foreign non-resident guests entering the country with tourist status may qualify for a 19% vat (value added tax) exemption on accommodation services. to apply for this benefit, it is only necessary to:

  • present a valid passport at the time of check-in.
  • have an entry stamp to colombia as a tourist.
  • ensure that the service corresponds exclusively to hotel accommodation.
